Coordination of the delivery and the set operations involves many skilled laborers, so delay

Land clearing consists of removal of trees, scrubs, roots and other vegetation that may be required to place the house on the site. If the property site is rural, you may be able to bury the rubbish away from the house because as it settles, it will leave a depression. If burying the rubbish on site is not an option, then it will need to be hauled away and properly disposed of and adds cost to project budget.
Excavation is the process of removing dirt and material in construction. A basement needs precise dig requirements and the work is accomplished by an excavator. Oasis Homes has it own excavation equipment and survey transist so the work is conducted in-house. We have knowledge of all building codes and regulations for how high the finished basement walls need to be to obtain good water drainage
Bbulldozers and excavators are needed to level the soil and prepare an area for building. In new house construction, grading is used for leveling the location for placement of the house, roadways, driveway base and landscaping purposes. The grading process involves removing dirt from high points and placing the dirt in low places to make it level in preparation for construction.
