We wish to thank all the staff at Oasis from start to finish with the planning, setting, finishing, and service/warranty work on our new modular on Harsens Island. Your company is a business that strives to satisfy the customer. Our questions were always promptly answered and warranty issues have been honored and completed. Your customer service exceeded our expectations. We do wish to commend the hard working guys int he field who did all they physical labor. They are professional and treated our home with respect.

Several people stop and inquire about our modular and we tell them we bought it from Oasis. We don't hesitate to say how pleased we are with it and that they won't find another full-service modular home dealer in the area and pass on your business card. We enlighten them about the benefits of a modular home for the island which outweighs building a conventional on-site home.

Karen and I would like to thank you and your staff for making our retirement dream a reality. There isn't a day that goes by that we don't find something that makes us happy that we made this move, especially seeing the grand kids.

What I appreciated most from both of you was your attention to detail, both inside and out. You understood and made sure that our home met all of my wife's special needs. That has made such a difference in our daily living. We have also had people complement us on both the outside appearance and inside appointments of our home. That has not only given us a sense of pride, but both of you should be proud as well. I lot of the added touches were your ideas.

The one thing that has impressed me the most is your commitment to wanting us to be satisfied and happy with the final product. Like all new homes, there are always a few problems after completion. This is not the first home we built. When an issue came up, you took care of it. That gave us the sense of security that we needed. Thank you for that.

In closing, we wanted you to know that we are glad we went with Oasis Homes. We have told many people about you, and will continue to do so. If you are ever up this way with a client and want to show them the quality of your work, the door will always be open.

Dear Design, Development, and Project Crew,

Thank you for my wonderful new home. It turned out to be more than I anticipated. Please use this as a letter of my recommendation to anyone considering using your services in the future.

To whom it may concern,

We have been working with New Oasis Homes, and Benchmark Building since early April of 2014, when we first stopped in to look at a model on their parking lot and collect some brochures on home designs they offer. The sales people we dealt with were polite and helpful, and that quality of customer service continued throughout our process. We were given the time and assistance we needed during our meetings to figure out our floor plan as we began creating our new home. In each step of the design process, the folks at Oasis were helpful and patient with us, explaining what changes could be made to the standard designs, and what cost range we would be looking at. We appreciated it when Oasis kept up frequent communication on our project progress as our design developed from an idea, to a CAD drawing and then a final plan.

The selection process was especially exciting as we customized our new home. Having the many flooring, cabinet, siding and other options right there to choose from made this part of the project go smoothly. We never felt rushed as we asked many questions and had every step explained to us. Each time we crossed a major step in the process, it was explained to us and as we dealt with a new representative specializing in a different aspect of our building project, they were introduced to us by the person we had become comfortable with.

An important point to make is that we had few, if any unexpected surprises. Things went along as they were planned and the people at Oasis and Benchmark did their best to make sure that we were happy with the process and progress. During the construction, they kept track of each step, coordinating the contractors as best they could to make sure that there were few times without smooth progress. We were usually notified when there would be a request for payment, so we knew when to expect it. The inspectors were contacted and coordinated with their progress, so we had little to do, except to make sure things were coming together the way we wanted. We appreciated being able to talk freely on a regular basis with the project manager about what had been accomplished, what the next steps were going to be and how long we could expect things to take. We always felt like our concerns were important and that every effort was being made to make sure we were happy with the progress.

Now as our new dream home becomes a reality, at the end of our project, I can honestly say that I would have no reservations in recommending Oasis and Benchmark to anyone who was considering building a new home. We have been very pleased with the quality of craftsmanship, and the personal guidance and attention we have received during the whole process. Though the whole team there at Oasis has been a pleasure to work with, we would like to especially thank Christine Bouford, Field Operations Manager who watched over us and cared for us through out so much of this project. She made sure that we were happy and that things keep moving for us. She took care of our every concern and though she had many other jobs to supervise during our construction, we never felt as though she was too busy to help us out with any of our concerns. Her communications with us were excellent and she really put so much more time and energy into our project than she had to. We are grateful for the role she played in making our home become a reality, and appreciate her personal attention throughout the process.

We are very impressed and highly appreciative of all the timely and exceptional work done on our happy new home.
