Kevin Collins is a home designer and the Finance Manager for Oasis Homes. Kevin has been designing and building homes since 1997. He holds many regional top Home Consultant awards and has developed several award winning floor plans. Kevin is the Oasis Homes accomplished home designer.
Kevin's expertise is designing custom modular homes ranging from 800 to 4,800 square feet. His interests include the Chamber of Commerce organizations in local areas and past membership in the Lapeer BNI (Business Network International) group.

Carl Hartman oversees the Operations and is the Financial Controller for Oasis Homes. He has been a Michigan builder since 1996. In addition to his Michigan builders license, he is one of 9 Master Builders in the state of Michigan, certified from the National Association of Home Builders and is a Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS) and is a Michigan licensed Building Code Inspector. Carl is a third generation builder and holds a bachelors degree in Accounting from the University of Michigan and a Masters of Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University.Carl has built over 800 homes for owners with their own property and has developed platted subdivisions, attached and detached condominium projects. He has also worked on several large commercial, industrial, and government projects. Carl is a veteran having spent 6 years in the United States Army Reserve.
